Does the price of the product change for a customized order?
- Price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered exactly as per the image as displayed on our site. However, in case a customization is required, customisation charges will be applicable as per the changes and will be added to the final billing amount. How do I know my size?
- We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the size chart page. In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.
How do I make the payment?
- Payments can be made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also accept bank transfers and cash payments. What if I want any changes/cancellation of an existing order?
- As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged or refund.
What are the shipping charges?
- The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?
- All our products are handcrafted and especially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
What is the time frame for receiving orders?
- Each and every product is specially curated for you, and is made to measure. Usually the time frame will be anytime between minimum 7days to maximum 35 days, depending on the order and customisations if any.
- All products may have different delivery times so please refer to product page for exact delivery times.
- Delivery time may change if customer wants customisations but it will be discussed with customers first.
